Jennifer Brown brings over 28 years of experience in hospitality, meeting planning, and destination management. Her background includes international program leadership where she managed daily excursions for more than 2,000 guests across multiple global regions.

Jennifer has led the execution of hundreds of corporate and incentive programs, overseeing every aspect from initial planning through on-site delivery. She is known for her hands-on approach, operational precision, and ability to manage complex programs with consistency and control.

CARL WAGNER

Carl Wagner brings a strong background in hospitality operations and group sales, with experience spanning Marriott International, luxury resorts, and high-volume destination programs. He was recognized with Marriott’s Chairman’s Club Award for outstanding sales performance and service excellence.

At Benchmark Destinations, Carl leads programs throughout Napa and Sonoma, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution. His strength lies in translating client objectives into well-run, highly coordinated programs that deliver smoothly from start to finish.

Garry Hallinan’s career spans international hospitality and destination management, with experience in Ireland, Switzerland, Paris, Boston, and San Francisco. He has held leadership roles in hotel operations and business development, building long-standing relationships across the hospitality industry.

Garry is known for his attention to detail, hands-on management style, and ability to coordinate complex programs through trusted vendor networks. His depth of experience ensures programs are executed with consistency and professionalism.

MARGARET CORLEY DESAULNIERS

Margaret Corley Desaulniers brings more than 25 years of experience in experiential marketing and global program development. She has led the design and execution of large-scale international programs and national events for Fortune 100 companies and high-growth organizations.

At Benchmark Destinations, Margaret is responsible for driving new business and managing key client relationships. She is known for building long-term partnerships and delivering programs that meet the expectations of high-level corporate clients across multiple destinations.

VICKI TEP

Vicki joined Benchmark in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of experience in event planning, corporate operations, and client services. She began her career as an in-house corporate planner for a global consulting firm in Washington, DC, and has since built a diverse background spanning corporate IT, Human Resources, and business ownership. Vicki is based in Benchmark’s Los Angeles office.

Her broad professional experience gives her a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to program management, with a focus on delivering polished, memorable experiences for clients and attendees alike.

TARA PYNN

Tara Pynn serves as Director of Event Experiences at Benchmark Destinations, bringing more than two decades of industry experience. Since 2000, she has been immersed in the execution of over 1,000 events and weddings, working alongside leading venues, production teams, and vendors across the industry.

With over 25 years of established industry relationships, Tara brings a distinctly visual and experience-driven perspective to every program. Her background gives her an acute understanding of flow, environment, and guest impact, allowing her to shape events that are not only seamless in execution, but elevated in design and overall experience.
